The Extreme Tan and Smoothies Clearwater Florida or Clearwater, FL Indoor Tanning Salon which also features UVFree Airbrush Tanning is located on the corner of S.Highland Ave. and Bel Air Rd., in the Public Shopping Center or otherwise known as the Labelle Shopping Center. Our Extreme Tan and Smoothies Largo, Florida location was the first salon I opened almost 2 years ago, we feature 4 Levels of Indoor Tanning as well as UVFree Airbrush Tanning. Our hours of operation are from 9am - Midnight Monday through Friday, Saturday 9am-8pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. We are located on the corner of Indian Rocks Rd. and Walsingham Rd. in Largo just before the beaches.
